Site crawl: every page of your site, with its issues, in one table

Paid plans can now crawl up to 300 pages of a site and get a sortable table of every page with its title, H1, canonical, indexability, word count, in-links and click depth — and the issues found on each. Growth sites are crawled weekly.

A Webmatik audit goes deep on a few pages: the homepage and the inner pages that carry the most traffic. That is the right way to judge conversion, design and performance, but it leaves a question open on bigger sites: what about the other two hundred pages? Today the Site dashboard answers it.

What the crawl does

Press Crawl on any Site dashboard and we fetch the site the way a search engine does: start at the homepage, follow internal links, add the URLs from the sitemap, respect robots.txt. It is HTML only, no browser, so a 300-page crawl takes one to three minutes and does not slow the audit down; the audit itself is unchanged.

Every page lands in a table with its status code, title (and its length), meta description, H1 count, word count, canonical, indexability, sitemap membership, images without alt text, internal in-links, click depth from the homepage and fetch time. The table sorts by any column, filters by issue, and exports to CSV.

The issues it raises

  • Critical: pages that return an error.
  • Important: links to broken pages, missing or duplicate titles, missing H1, pages in the sitemap that are noindex, orphan pages nobody links to, mixed content, missing viewport meta.
  • Minor: long or short titles, missing, duplicate or long descriptions, multiple H1s, canonical missing or pointing elsewhere, thin content under 150 words, images without alt text, pages 4+ clicks deep, slow responses, very large HTML, missing html lang.

Each issue comes with a one-line hint on what to do. Broken links are verified by fetching the target, not guessed from the status of the page that links to it.

Limits per plan

  • Starter: up to 100 pages per crawl.
  • AI Visibility: up to 50 pages.
  • Growth: up to 300 pages, and every tracked site is re-crawled weekly, so the table is always current.

The crawl is on the Site dashboard of any site you have audited or track. The first one on our own site, 206 pages in eight seconds, found a broken link in a blog post, two leaderboard pages listed in the sitemap despite being noindex, a purchase page that inherited its parent's title and canonical, a too-long glossary title and four titles that were just the brand. All fixed the same day.
