Agency: team seats, client portals and a lead-gen widget

Agencies were already using Webmatik for client work: white-label PDFs, site groups, monitoring. Three things were missing: a colleague could not work in the same account, a client could not look at their own numbers without a PDF, and the audit itself could not bring in new clients. Today's release covers all three, on a new plan.

Team seats

Invite people from your Account page. They sign in with Google as usual and land in your workspace: your sites, audits, crawls, portals and leads. Audits they run count toward your plan, and the completion email goes to the person who ran it. An admin can invite and delete; a member can do everything else. Growth accounts get 2 seats, Agency gets 5.

Client portals

Every client (the site groups you already had) can have a portal: a read-only page at a private link, with your logo and colour, showing each of their sites with the current score and its trend, how much of the action plan is done, whether ChatGPT and Gemini mention them, and what the last crawl found, plus a link to each full report. No login for the client, no Webmatik navigation, and the "Powered by" line is a switch.

Lead-gen widget

Two lines of code on your own site render a form: website and email. The visitor gets a full audit report by email, in your brand, with your contact; you get the lead on a new Leads page with the score, the site and a link to the report, and an email as it happens. Each audit counts toward your monthly limit, with a per-day cap you set and an allow-list of the sites the widget may run on.

The plan

Agency is $199 a month: 100 audits, everything in Growth (AI Search Visibility, backlinks, weekly 300-page crawls, Search Console, API), 5 seats, portals, the widget, monitoring for 100 sites. Existing Growth accounts keep everything and gain a second seat today.
