By accessing or using Webmatik (webmatik.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Webmatik is an AI-powered website audit tool that analyzes publicly accessible web pages across multiple categories including performance, SEO, design, conversion, retention, and accessibility. The service generates scores, reports, and recommendations based on automated analysis.

You must sign in with a Google account to use Webmatik. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service beyond normal use
• Resell or redistribute audit reports without authorization
• Submit URLs that you know to contain illegal content
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the free tier

Audit results are generated automatically using third-party APIs and AI models. While we strive for accuracy, results are provided "as is" and should be used as guidance, not as definitive assessments. We do not guarantee that implementing recommendations will produce specific business outcomes.

Scores and recommendations may vary between audits of the same URL due to changes in page content, API data availability, and AI model responses.

The Webmatik service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. Audit reports generated for your account are yours to use for your business purposes. You may not claim ownership of the Webmatik brand, scoring methodology, or underlying technology.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can manage your subscription from your account dashboard.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing cycle.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the service is unavailable or experiencing technical issues that prevent you from using your audits, contact us to discuss options. We are not obligated to provide refunds for unused audits or change of mind.

We aim to keep Webmatik available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. Third-party API outages (Google PageSpeed, DataForSEO, etc.) may also impact audit functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webmatik and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to audit history may be removed.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
