Six more Fix Packs: structured data, security headers, social tags, alt text, redirects, sitemap
A Fix Pack is the fix itself, written for your site, ready to paste. Three existed (llms.txt, robots.txt, meta description). Six more ship today, and two of them use your site crawl.
Most audit tools stop at "add structured data" or "set the HSTS header". A Fix Pack goes one step further: under the finding there is a button, and the button writes the fix for your site. Not a template — the real thing, built from your live page, in the format your server understands.
The new packs
- Structured data. JSON-LD for the homepage: Organization with your logo and social profiles, WebSite with a search action when the page has a search box, and FAQPage when we find question-and-answer content. Types the page already declares are left alone.
- Security headers. Only the headers the audit found missing, with safe values, as an Nginx block, .htaccess, Caddy, next.config, vercel.json and Netlify _headers. Your stack's block comes first when we could detect it.
- Social sharing tags. Open Graph and X card tags with a title, description and the best image we could find, plus what to do when there is none.
- Alt text. Every image on the page without alt text, each with a suggestion written from the file name and the text around it. Decorative images get an empty alt on purpose.
- Redirects. From your last site crawl: every broken internal URL mapped to the live page that looks most like it, as 301 rules for Apache, Nginx, Next.js, Vercel, Netlify and Caddy. Uncertain matches are marked.
- sitemap.xml. From the crawl (only live, indexable, self-canonical pages), or from the homepage links until you have crawled.
Packs appear under the matching recommendation in the action plan of any audit you own. They re-read the live page when you click, so a pack generated tomorrow reflects tomorrow's site. Available on every plan.
