Sharper live-chat detection — now ~40 widgets, named

A small but meaningful accuracy fix to the audit — plus a quick branding cleanup.

We now recognize the chat tools you actually use

The audit's "Live chat / Support" check used to look for a short, hardcoded list of widgets. That meant it missed plenty of real chats — including Zoho SalesIQ and other popular tools — and occasionally read unrelated page copy as a chat. We rebuilt it around a library of around 40 providers, matched by their loader-script signature (that snippet is always in the page, even when the chat bubble loads a moment later).

• Broad coverage — the big names (Intercom, Zendesk, Drift, Crisp, Tawk.to, Tidio, LiveChat, HubSpot, Freshchat, Olark, JivoChat, Zoho SalesIQ, Gorgias, Help Scout, LivePerson, Kustomer, Salesforce, Genesys) plus a long tail (Smartsupp, Chatra, Userlike, Chaport, Chatwoot, Re:amaze, Podium, Birdeye, WhatsApp, Messenger, and more).
• It names the widget — the report now says "Chat widget detected: Zoho SalesIQ" instead of a generic yes/no.
• Fewer false positives — signatures are deliberately specific, so a page that merely mentions "intercom" (a door system) or "zendesk" in passing no longer trips the check.
• Custom widgets still count — a conservative generic-launcher fallback catches in-house chats that aren't in the list.

Twitter is now X across the report

We renamed the user-facing "Twitter" labels to "X" — the social-share-card check and the Learn guides now read "X / Twitter". The underlying twitter:card meta tags stay as they are; that's still X's technical spec and renaming them would break share previews. While we were in there, we also fixed a share-card recommendation that wasn't firing, so a missing share card now correctly shows up as a quick win.
